MTB & ANXIETY SEMINAR

In Person April 25th or via ZOOM April 26th!

Ever have fear or anxiety while riding MTB?  Well this seminar is for you.  Join Sweet Riders and Krista’s Counselling Services Inc for a 1.5 hour seminar addressing these issues.  Topics will include achieving your MTB goals while working through your fears and anxieties on the bike.

Krista and Karey will work through a 1 hour seminar and then have 30 minutes for questions and answers.  ( When registered for the zoom seminar, we will be sending you the Zoom Link via email)
