MTB & ANXIETY SEMINAR

Ever have fear or anxiety while riding MTB?  Well this seminar is for you.  Join Sweet Riders and Krista’s Counselling Services Inc for a 1.5 hour seminar addressing these issues.  Topics will include achieving your MTB goals while working through your fears and anxieties on the bike.

Krista and Karey will work through a 1 hour seminar and then have 30 minutes for questions and answers.
