Join us for a Sweet WOW mountain bike experience in the scenic Southern Alberta Rockies.

Join Sweet Riders head coach Karey Lee, assistant SR’s coaches Bryan Castellarin & Leona Pharis,   WOW (Women on Wheels) head coach Natalie Rix for a weekend of fun beginner, intermediate & advanced mountain biking skills.  You will learn in the beautiful setting of the Crowsnest Mountain and ride the amazing trails and skills park of the Pass Powderkeg Ski Hill, and or the amazing trails of York Creek, in Coleman.

There are four options to choose from:  Option A1, A, B & C are SOLD OUT, we look forward to seeing you in 2021!

(All options will include a swag bag full of goodies)

All the bells and whistles Option A & A1:

SOLD OUT/Option A costs $550 + GST per person and has 8 spaces available based on two twins per room (4 Rooms). If you prefer single occupancy, then Option A1 is for you, and it will be $615 + GST.  You will stay at the beautiful York Creek Bed and Breakfast in the amazing mountain setting, overlooking the infamous “Crowsnest Mountain” and sample the delicious breakfasts that Anne will prepare for you in the mornings.  This option includes 3 nights of accommodation at York Creek Bed and Breakfast, 3 full breakfasts, two lunches from “The Stone’s Throw Cafe”, a welcome dinner, at the new trendy “Encounters Wine Bar & Small Plate Kitchen” some yoga and stretching instruction, a mechanical clinic, and two days of MTB instruction and rides! Not included are the Saturday & Sunday dinners.  There are several delicious places that we can recommend for Saturday!  On Sunday, we hope you will join us at the new Pass Beer Brewery for the Sunday wrap up dinner (not included).

Bells and whistles less the breakfasts Option B:

SOLD OUT/Option B Costs $500 + GST per person and has 4-6 spaces available based on a shared suite with two bedrooms with queen beds, another queen floor mattress and or a single pull out futon bed, a full kitchen, living room, one full bath with jet tub,  and it’s own separate entrance.  This suite is Sweet Riders Airbnb and would be perfect for a group of friends.  The entrance is very large and can accommodate your bikes and has ample parking space. This option includes 3 nights of accommodation in the Sweet Riders AirBnB,  two lunches from “The Stone’s Throw Cafe”, a welcome dinner, at the new trendy “Encounters Wine Bar & Small Plate Kitchen” some yoga and stretching instruction, a mechanical clinic, and two days of MTB instruction and rides! Not included are the Saturday & Sunday dinners.  There are several delicious places that we can recommend for Saturday!  On Sunday, we hope you will join us at the new Pass Beer Brewery for the Sunday wrap up dinner (not included).

Limited bells and whistles Option C:

SOLD OUT/Option C costs $485 + GST per person and comes with no accommodations (for local riders or those wanting to book their own accommodations.  This option includes two lunches from “The Stone’s Throw Cafe”, a welcome dinner, at the new trendy “Encounters Wine Bar & Small Plate Kitchen” some yoga and stretching instruction, a mechanical clinic, and two days of MTB instruction and rides! Not included are the Saturday & Sunday dinners.  There are several delicious places that we can recommend for Saturday!  On Sunday, we hope you will join us at the new Pass Beer Brewery for the Sunday wrap up dinner (not included).

What to bring:

– Your smile
– Mountain bike (hybrids or commuters will not be suitable)
– Helmet (CSA approved)
– Sunglasses
– Clothing for the weather
– Shoes (closed-toe, flat sole)
– Arm / leg protection fully recommended
– Flat peddles recommended
– Gloves recommended
– Chamois (padded shorts) recommended
– Water (bottles or hydration pack)
– Tools (flat repair, multi-tool, chain link)
– Personal snacks

Remember, we will be in the mountains so bring some rain and cold weather gear just in case.
