受講翌日のキャノンデールカップにて早速、実践。効果があったみたいで受講者の方は
楽しく速く走れた結果、見事に２位入賞でした。メデタシメデタシ！

Here are the system six girls from the Tokyo International Bike show!! Kyoko and I worked all three days at the show and we were wiped. We had a great dinner on Saturday night after checking out the New Cannondale bike shop in Naka Meguro. If you are in the area, definitely check it out, great little shop not far from the station. We were also able to catch up with an old Gunma friend and his friends. It was a nice weekend in Tokyo. Spent a bit of cash on a massage machine that felt so good at the time after standing on our feet all day long. Now I have it at home and can have my own piece of massage heaven every night!! Heading into another busy week but with a National Holiday in-between. More later!!

私の働いている地域のトレイルです。冬場はたくさんの人でにぎわうこの辺りには、
当然トレイルがたくさんあります。ただ、廃道になりつつありそこをきちんと整備
する事が必要です。将来、トレイルマップができて家族で自転車をスポーツとして
楽しめるよう小さな事からコツコツとやっていきたいと思います。
