●Please print out this form and send it in along with your cash through the post office by GENKIN KAKITOME. (just ask for this at the post office and they will know what you mean, it is sending cash by registered mail)
●Once we receive your money and form, we will send you a confirmation postcard. Please bring this postcard to the event in order to exchange it for your tickets.
●We apologize, but there is no money back for any cancellations.
